For advertisers

Reach humans at the moment they're actually paying attention.

When the model thinks, the build runs, or the render queues, your brand gets one tasteful, single-message line on a high-intent, uncluttered wait — not a banner-blind feed. Measure it with precise, privacy-safe ROAS, on inventory where 90% of every cleared bid goes to the person you reached.

Why rwrds

A better unit of attention — and proof it worked.

The AI wait is the rarest thing left in media: a focused person, looking at one screen, with nothing else competing for the next few seconds. We sell that moment honestly, screen it for fraud, and measure the outcome.

01

Attention quality, not impressions in a void

The wait is a single-message, full-attention moment — one SPONSOR-labeled line, shown only while a tool is busy, never over someone's work. No infinite feed, no stacked banners, no banner-blindness. People opted in and they're looking.

02

Precise, privacy-safe ROAS

Server-to-server conversion measurement: each click carries an opaque, single-use ID; your server posts back signup/trial/sale events. We match conversions to placements and report CTR, conversion rate, CPA and ROAS — cookieless, ad-blocker-resistant, and with no user identity ever exchanged.

03

Brand-safe & fraud-screened

Every placement is server-authoritative: hold → verify → settle. Prices are computed and signed server-side, tokens are single-use, impressions only bill after a real viewable render, and suspicious cadence is quarantined before it ever settles. You pay for verified attention, not bot traffic.

04

Aligned incentives by design

90% of every cleared bid goes to the person you reached — gross, on a public ledger. That's why the audience is real, consenting, and high-trust: they're paid to pay attention, and they know exactly who's sponsoring the moment.

Measurement & attribution

Real outcomes, measured — without touching anyone's privacy.

Track ROAS on verified human attention — CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and return on spend — in aggregate reports you can trust, with no personal data involved.

  • Works where pixels fail — cookieless and ad-blocker-resistant
  • Privacy-safe by design — campaign-level reporting, no user identity exchanged
  • Conversions inform your learning, not payouts — clearing prices and the human's 90% stay untouched

The honest difference

The audience is real because 90% goes to them.

Paying the human 90% of the cleared bid — gross, on a public ledger — is why people install rwrds, opt in, and actually read the line. Trust on the supply side is what makes your spend land on attention worth measuring.

How bidding works

Set a bid. Win the moment. Pay for cleared outcomes.

It's a live second-price (Vickrey) auction over wait-state inventory. You set what a moment is worth; the engine clears it fairly and bills only verified events.

  1. 01

You set a bid & budget

Pick a strategy — manual CPM, max impressions, max clicks, target CPA, or conquest — plus a daily and total budget. The $1.00 CPM floor is enforced.

  2. 02

    Second-price clearing

The top bid wins but pays just $0.01 above the second-highest effective bid — never your full max — clamped to the floor. You never overpay to win.

  3. 03

    Relevance can win for less

A conquest multiplier (×1.1–1.8) lifts your effective bid in matching contexts, so a relevant $4 can outrank a generic $6. Context beats raw cash.

  4. 04

    You pay for cleared outcomes

Impressions bill only after a verified, viewable render; clicks bill at 40× the impression rate. No verified attention, no charge.

The flat 10% platform fee — what it buys

You pay the cleared second-price bid + a flat 10% platform fee (your budget is debited cleared × 1.10). The cleared price funds the human's 90%; the fee is the value — it's what pays for precise measurement, attention quality, fraud screening, and brand-safe, multi-surface delivery. One transparent fee, never a hidden cut.

USDC option Settlement runs on a swappable rail — paying out in USDC keeps fees near zero and settles fast, instead of slower card/bank rails.
